The Riverside Season
Riverside is open for 8 months of the year. The season runs from 1st March until 31st October.

Office Opening Times
9am to 5pm seven days a week during the open season, reduced opening hours during the winter months.

Conditions, Rules and Regulations
The Riverside philosophy is one of a relaxed atmosphere without a multitude of rules and regulations, but to ensure that everyone has a good time in safety there have to be some, but we have kept them to a minimum. Full details on request.

When purchasing a holiday home, you agree to our licence conditions set out by the BH&HPA and the NCC.

Site Fees
Site fees are an annual fee in addition to the cost of your holiday home.

What do I get for my site fees?

• Use of all facilities
•Club membership for 2 people (additional memberships can be purchased on a daily, weekly or seasonal basis)
• Site security
• Use of swimming pools for all the family
• Entertainment
• Rascal club for small children
• Upkeep of site
• Maintenance staff on call 7 days a week
• Warden on call all night

Security
Riverside operates a barrier entry system using encoded cards. For your added security extensive video recording surveillance cameras are installed at all key points.

An alarm system is available to purchase or rent annually for your holiday home to add that extra security.

Dogs
Dogs are very welcome on the site. They must be kept on a lead at all times and dog owners must be responsible for clearing up after their pets.
