Riverside’s Maintenance Team

Riverside is kept in tip-top condition by our hardworking maintenance department that comprises: maintenance, housekeeping and gardening teams.

The maintenance team keep the park clean, tidy and in good repair and being in constant radio contact with reception and each other they are able to respond quickly. They carry out any repairs to your holiday home that may be needed; such as changing washers, installing new showers or doing electrical repairs as well as changing your gas bottles when they’re empty. Our ‘Gas Safe Certified’ engineer will service or replace your gas fire, cooker or boiler as well as provide you with a ‘Landlords Certificate’ if you require one.

A park home Our painter and decorator keeps everything looking good and to a high standard. If you have a job that needs doing - such as building a veranda around your holiday home or you need paving slabs etc., we can arrange this for you. The housekeeping team keep the site fresh and clean as well as look after our fleet of holiday homes. The gardening team keep the park looking beautiful. With the many trees, shrubs, flowerbeds and 42 acres of grass to look after, they’re kept very busy. The department also looks after the roads, plant, street lights, fire boxes, play areas and many other things that you may not even see but all go to making the park a clean, safe and tidy place to enjoy your holiday.
