Children are welcome at Riverside and there is plenty to keep them occupied. The Rascal’s Club at Riverside is for children aged 4-13. We meet once or twice a day, depending on the season, and children can meet our resident dog ‘Dougal’. There are games, activities and fun for all children but we do not provide crèche facilities. Young children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them at all times.
Our entertainments team organise lots of activities for children and if they would like to learn some dances, we have some Videos below so that children can learn them in advance of their holiday.
We have an outdoor children’s fun pool for those hot days when children just want to cool off a bit and accessories such as armbands and goggles are available for sale in our swimming pool complex.
Rascal’s Club
Children can also meet Dougal in Riverside’s ‘Ballroom’ and apart from during the bingo sessions, they can join in all the fun of the cabarets, disco etc.
We have two large adventure play parks where children can let off steam in safety (young children should be accompanied by an adult).
